* Value System: It is not true that all business people are liars. If one of your core value is honesty, be completely honest with your customers/clients. It will bring in more business opportunities for you.
*Relationships: I learnt and I am still learning that in business, your clients of today were the customers of yesterday. How?
A customer patronises you probably once or few times in a lifetime but a client buys, refers and is consistent over time with you.
